Hey, I’m Grace!

I am about to turn 35 and from Brighton UK! I am a mum of 3 crazy humans 13, 11 & 9, - 3 dogs & 4 cats. And behind the scenes I am normally either working away or my head is so far into a book you won’t get sense out of me. My training revolves around being with a barbell, I detest diets, scales or anyone who tells you you can drop a dress size in the next 6 weeks! 

Oh, and I f**king love a burger!

Experience-Driven Fitness

After 8 years in the fitness industry, I still do not know everything, and chances are I never will, but the one thing I do know is how to take care of my clients. I may have coached hundreds of people but to me you are never just a number. I developed my community to give you the very best access to a high standard of personal training online as well as access to a group of like-minded people. 

I  will never make you weigh yourself weekly, or even monthly. I won’t prescribe you a monotonous meal plan that you cannot keep up with and I won’t make you run 5k on your dodgy knee. What I will do instead is listen to you, your goals, your likes & your dislikes and together we formulate a plan that is doable whilst you have me, your coach with you every step of that way. Alongside that you also have full access to Amy, our motivation coach who is there to keep you on track, feeling calm and most of all wining!

I have seen far too many rookies, scaremongerers and half qualified ‘coaches’ develop over the last few years and ultimately experience, years of knowledge and qualifications will always stand the test of time. Anyone can do an online course, have a label of Online Coach, charge you £200 a month and give you a generic meal plan. But only a Personal Trainer with gym floor experience built up across years can see you as a human, keep you safe & deliver a bespoke service - and that is exactly what I deliver.

Food is the biggest hurdle for 90% off people on any kind of physical journey. We have one goal of taking that stress away from you. Food is fuel & enjoyment and life is not all about counting calories & lbs.
