1:1 Coaching

My only interest as a coach is to see you happy and feel good. I couldn’t care less about getting a transformation for my social grid, what I care about is your mental health and helping you make changes you can carry on forever. 

I am also not going to make you go through a consultation before you can get to the nitty gritty of the price of bespoke coaching. That information along with exactly what bang you get for your buck is on this page! 

I charge £150 per month for a FULL Online Trainer package. That is less than 3 face to face sessions with me.

Severe gym anxiety and need someone to guide you through the steps? We got you! 

Here is what I will do for you

Here is the deal, I build your personal toolkit for you to achieve your goals. Alongside that I support you, cheer you and keep you motivated! But and training or coaching is a two way street.

  • Built and developed personally by me for you. I build your programme around your ability, time, access to equipment & enjoyment. This is not a one time programme! I regularly monitor and progress your programming!

  • Are you gonna get a meal plan from me? No, it’s f**king illegal. Simple. I didn’t go to uni to be a dietician and so I ethically am not qualified to give you a meal plan. But what I will do is help you understand Calories, Macros, Balanced Eating, Healthy Recipes & Working on a better relationship with food. Trust me those techniques will last you long after a meal plan would anyway. 

  • Every week without fail we check in, and this isn’t for you to feel ashamed on the scales, we don’t weigh here  as we know those numbers are not an indicator of your success. NOOO! Your check in is a space for us to talk about what is your wins are this week, how you are feeling about your plan or maybe if something is not working for you so we need to change it! Your check in is just as much about your mental as it is your physical and it is proven that a scheduled check in with your coach helps you feel supported and encourages success!

  • Need a kick up the backside? Or that split squat isn’t feeling quite right? Or even you can feel your head slipping and just need to keep your self on track? I offer a direct messaging service in app. Meaning your message comes straight through to me personally. And there are no limits as to how much you can message me about your coaching or when (I do have working hours mind). My support and dedication to you is endless. 

  • You get double bang here because you don’t just get me but you also get our Motivation Coach Amy. She is currently studying for her PT qualification so although she cannot yet directly coach Amy has proven an invaluable part of the coaching team providing daily support & motivation to our 1:1 clients. 

  • Our Community is epic. A bubbling centre of support & cheerleading. We regularly hold community challenges, group discussions and our community forum is a great place to lean on link minded people or share ideas, hints & tips.

  • There are no hidden charges. We are upfront about everything and if there are extras you want to add we can talk you through them. You will also get full access to all other services I provide in the future such as Classes & Seminars. 

What do I ask from you?

Simple. I ask you to use your toolkit. If I build it I need you to use it. I also want you to communicate with me, I am here to listen and guide not demand and make you feel unseen. 

Also, please have patience. You cannot lose weight, gain muscle or run a marathon overnight. Shit takes time. If you aren’t going to dedicate yourself for a minimum of 3 months, then this isn’t for you. I like to know the people I work 1:1 with are committed to themselves and what we do. 

What happens once I sign up?

I will contact you personally via email to arrange a welcome call. This is normally held via Zoom. I do this so that we can map out your plan in the initial phases, I need to know some bits about you and the best way of doing this is personally talking to you! If you don’t want to do this then you can decline and I can just talk to you via app. But I do like to get to know you guys! 

Once I have enough info I go away and weave my magic to create your plan. Then the fun starts!
